• When: Overnight on 13 July (11:00pm to 6:00am AEST), with further works affecting linked services on 19 July (11:00pm to 7:00am AEST).
• Who is affected: Businesses connected via NBN in these areas may see internet, VoIP phone, and EFTPOS outages for up to 7-8 hours during the listed windows.
• What to do: If your business operates overnight or relies on always-on connectivity such as alarm monitoring, cloud backups, or VoIP, plan around these windows and confirm your mobile backup or 4G/5G failover is working beforehand.
